James Hassett – My Founder’s Story
“High-performance is not about pushing harder, for longer. It’s about building the capacity to perform — consistently, under pressure, and over time.”
After more than a decade working as a Managing Director in high-stakes, global corporate environments, supporting financial-sector clients across multiple time zones, I felt and saw a pattern repeated again and again.
High performers weren’t failing due to a lack of ambition or discipline — they were running on constant pressure with little intentional recovery. Performance expectations kept rising while energy quietly declined.
That experience and insight led me to the idea and desire to create INDURUS — coaching and training people in systems grounded in science, real-world experience, and trusted partnerships.
With a passion for sport, adventure, and human connection, I developed my expertise and experience coaching and training to support people with being the best they can be.
My focus is simple: supporting the biology, physiology, and psychology required for consistent, sustainable performance.
